Tea is the second widely-consumed drink next to water. Black teas are said to be the second widely-consumed tea next to green tea. Though it is quite popular during the early time black teas are now surpassed by green teas. Green teas are said to have healthier components or great antioxidants than black tea. But one should take a second look at black teas as it also offers nutritional benefits that are good for the body.
