As soon as the holidays come around, people start going around in circles trying to figure out how to stretch their budgets so they could give everyone they know a gift. If you have a budget to follow, a Christmas card and a nice hand-written note should do the trick. People love getting sentimental stuff. And what’s more sentimental than that? Especially if you get one of those artsy kinds.

Probably the most popular kinds of Christmas cards are the cards that have painting-like designs. They give off a feeling of nostalgia and tradition. Plus they make great mantel or table top decorations. What I usually do is pick out the really pretty ones and line them up in a row. And when my family comes to visit, they can see the cards that they gave me.
