My boyfriend and I love holding wine and cheese parties at our apartment. They’re a fun way to get our friends together and catch up on each others’ lives. Sometimes, we assign different wine and cheese brands to different people. Last week, we decided to try Wisconsin cheese and a nice bottle of Bordeaux. The party was such a blast.

Most Wisconsin cheeses go really well with most red wines. That much was proven last week. What surprised us was, there are so many delicious recipes that use Wisconsin cheese. With the variety of Wisconsin cheeses to choose from, there’s no limit to the dishes that we can prepare. Next week, we’re going to try something new and prepare some of those Wisconsin cheese recipes instead.
